Qualification Objective
The NISQ Level 7 Certificate in Safer Learning Environments provides learners with an opportunity to combine specialist security theory and practice which can be adopted to create safer learning environments. Learners will develop an advanced understanding of specific relevant methodology and practical tradecraft from a range of specialist security disciplines. Learners will have an opportunity to analyse and evaluate specialist security scenarios from a teaching (teachers, governors, head teachers as examples) and learning (learners/students/pupils) perspective, create plans and take control of simulated complex security situations involving a range of current and historical threats. Learners will also examine the wider context involving the social aspects and impact of the current security trends.
